We want you to enjoy our products for years to come and that’s why we are offering you a peace of mind with a 12 months replacement warranty.
Like most products worldwide, they also come with conditions attached to them. As part of our 12 month replacement warranty condition, we recommend that all wooden coasters, holders and other wooden products are given your loving care and maintenance to keep them preserved for long life use.
We recommend using our ‘Handcrafted Beeswax Mix’, which is Food-Safe and is made from natural beeswax and blended with food-grade mineral oil. Our ‘Handcrafted Beeswax Mix’ can also be used for your other household items, such as cutting boards, wooden bowls and other wooden items.
Use an old toothbrush (or similar small stiff brush) to rub some wax on the bristles then apply the brush to all the surfaces. Gently massage in between letters and lines, along outside edges, and on the back. Let set for at least 20 minutes or longer to allow the mineral oil to absorb into the wood grains and then be sealed in by the beeswax. Wipe off excess wax and return to use.
We encourage you to give love and care to your coasters, holders and/or other products.

- Replacement warranty for 12 months for defective products.
Wood is a natural material so it can have unforeseeable changes to its nature. Under the replacement warranty, we will replace any wooden coasters or holders that have cracked or warped out of shape.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by excessive exposure to direct sunlight, going through a dishwasher, or having a hot pan placed on coasters or holders.
This warranty is conditional that your coasters, holders and/or other wooden products are regularly beeswax conditioned at least every 3 months to help preserve the wood’s nature. We recommend our ‘Handcrafted Beeswax Mix’ because it contains oil in addition to beeswax to help preserve the wood.
You will agree to pay for return delivery charge to return the defective products to our office for further assessment. We will gladly replace the damaged product free of charge.
We cannot guarantee that the replacement product will be identical to the original due to natural variations in wood. We will do our best to match as close as possible. If we are unable to provide a near match then we will contact you to approve an alternative solution.
